ABOUT ME

I am a freelance motion graphics designer based in Manchester providing creative input from project inception to completion. I have a number of years experience in the industry working on a range of projects from broadcast and film to online content.
Adobe After Effects is my speciality, and I have a very good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator with application of 3D to help polish designs if needed.

I love finding out how things work, which has given me a fine eye for detail and appreciation for carefully thought out design… it also helps if them look pretty good too!  The working relationship with clients inspires me and always provides a positive input to the creative process.

Software skills include Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere, and good old pencil and paper.
I studied a BA Hons in Drawing and the London Institute (Now University Of The Arts) at Camberwell College and became intrigued by moving image. This fired my interest in motion graphics and motivated me to learn more about the animation process, this lead to becoming a runner at a motion graphics Studio in London, learning from the ground up.
My work has continued to spread across a number of platforms, which has enabled me to become a skilled creative and given me opportunities to work in muli-disicipliary teams, collaborating with some great people to produce fantastic projects.
